Use this form to search for SNPs that meet one of the criteria
available below. To select SNPs based on more than one criteria,
perform separate searches and then combine them in the Query History.

The search by Contig ID allows you to find SNPs located in a
specified contig in the CL-Brener genome assembly. Either GenBank contig identifiers (AAHK01002247) or RefSeq contig identifiers (NW_919007) can be used. You can optionally specify a contig location in your search.
SNP score is a probability of the SNP being a true
polymorphism, and is estimated by PolyBayes based on the data
available for the putative polymorphic column.
Regions of high density of SNPs are those containing at
least two SNPs in a window of 10bp. You can use this option to search
for SNPs that fall (or do not fall) within these regions.
