Please let us know about any problem you may have while using TcSNP.
We are particularly interested in getting feedback about (in no particular order):

• Names of T. cruzi strains as deposited in GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ (e.g. are 'Dog', 'Dog Theis' and 'DogT' the same strain?)
• Missing or misplaced sequences in our alignments and suggestions to split and/or merge alignments
• Bugs in the website functionality, things you would like to see implemented, etc.
