About TcSNP

TcSNP is being developed at the Laboratory of Genomics and Bioinformatics at the University of San Martín in Argentina.

It is the work of Santiago Carmona, Alejandro Ackermann and Fernán Agüero.

The underlying database is a modified GUS instance, running on PostgreSQL.

The web application is written in Perl using Catalyst, and Template Toolkit.
